About

about

This website is part of a project I am working on for my Doctor of Ministry degree in Congregational Care at Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, MN.  My emphasis is College Student Spiritual Formation.

Currently, I am an Adjunct Instructor in the Psychology Department  at Bethel University, a Doctoral student, and primarily a stay at home mom.  Due to the multiple hats I wear, portions of this website will not be completed for months.  I hope, though, what is available is helpful for your spiritual journey.

I am a licensed therapist  who comes from a Protestant, evangelical camp.   I tell you this to help explain the lens through which I look at Christian spiritual formation.  The interweaving of psychology and spirituality is integral to me, thus the type of Questions I ask.  In spite of my one sided background, I am hoping to be as ecumenical as possible, drawing from various traditions of Christianity.  I would value any input or suggestions you have that would make this site richer and more diverse.  Feel free to email me.
